Tab S8 series ships without eSIM hardware. Samsung's eSIM tablet support officially begins with Tab S9.
What to do instead
You can still use a physical SIM in Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. If you want eSIM for travel, look at a newer model from Samsung.
